Hostel Rules for L.H.V. Students

Out Going

1. The students can go home on Saturday/Sunday and on holidays after filling up the night pass application and getting permission.
2. The student must complete outgoing register in all respect everytime they leave the hostel and also incoming time after coming back.
3. The student should take prior written permission from the Class Teacher/Hostel In-Charge/Principal for night stay. In case of any emergency on working days if going out, prior permission should be taken.
4. The student should take prior written permission from class teachers, hostel In-Charge and Principal, if they want to avail leave other than Sunday/Holidays.

Visitors

1. The visitors are allowed to see the students from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm only.
2. Students are not allowed to take their Parents/Visitors (Male or Female) in their rooms or any part of the hostel.

Maintenance of Hostel

1. Each student is responsible for proper maintenance of furniture provided in the rooms; if broken are liable to replace or fined.
2. Students are allowed to use electricity from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm. Before leaving the room, they must ensure switching off all the lights and fans.
3. Students should switch off T.V. in TV Room when not in use.
4. No electrical appliances can be used in the rooms except table lamp.
5. The water taps should be closed after use.
6. Proper sanitation to be maintained in the rooms, bathroom, latrine and the entire hostel block.

Dining Hall

1. Students should go to Dining Hall in proper dress (Night gown is not allowed).
2. Tie the hair.
3. Put the lab coat, books out.
4. Visitors are not allowed in Dining Hall.
5. Should not take utensils from the Dining Room.
6. If sick, inform mess-in-charge for food required for sick students.
7. Go to the Dining Hall in time, stand in queue to take the meals.
8. Maintain discipline.
9. Furniture of the student's dining hall should be maintained. Students should switch off lights, fans and other electric appliances before leaving the student's dinning hall.

General Instructions

1. Inform the class teacher in case of any sickness during (9-4 pm) or requirement for special diet.
2. Students should be judicious using the bath rooms so that everybody in the block get chance to use it.
3. Washing of the clothes can be done in afternoon and holidays.
4. Students are not allowed to go to the roof.
5. Students should not throw water, garbage or any waste material from balcony/window.
6. Students who violate rules will be liable for strict disciplinary action or suitable punishment or fine may be charged.

Instructions for A.N.M students

Out Going

2. The students should take prior written permission from class teachers if they want to avail leave other than Sunday/holidays.

Visitors

1. The visitors are not allowed to see the students during the school hours.

Maintenance of Rooms

1. Each student is responsible for proper maintenance of furniture provided in the School.
2. Proper sanitation to be maintained in the rooms, washrooms and entire school.

Maintenance the Discipline

1. The students should remain discipline & wear proper uniform as per school rules.

General Instructions

1. Inform the class teacher in case of any sickness during 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
2. Students are not allowed to go to the roof.
3. Students should not throw water, garbage or any waste material here & there.
4. Students who violate rules will be liable for strict disciplinary action or suitable punishment or fine may be charged.

Mobile

1. Students are not allowed to use Mobile phone during school hours i.e. 9:00 am to 4:00 pm or (8:00 am to 4:00 pm) which so ever is the time.
